Symptom narrative

Contacted by mother the morning of 11/09/2025 regarding area of redness, warmth, and swelling to bilateral thighs; R>L. This began about 17:00 hrs yesterday (11/08/2025; day of the vaccines). Mother says that area on right thigh continues to get bigger. Says it is warm to touch. He is a bit fussy and only wants to breastfeed (and not take any table food). He was seen yesterday (11/08/25) morning for his 15 mo WCC. He received 3 vaccines: DTaP, Hib, PCV20. See below. Vaccines likely administered around 09:00 hrs yesterday.
