Symptom narrative

A few hours after vaccination, the patient began to experience neck pain that increased in severity over the next few hours. It got to the point that she could not turn her neck to either the left or right and had difficulty looking up or down. She called the pharmacy and was directed to the emergency room to rule out serious complications. At the ER it was determined that the patient was having muscle spasm in the deltoid that was causing neck pain.
