Symptom narrative

Complete body rash/hives which worsened over 48 hours resulting in Emergency Department visit. ED physician advised Benadryl 25-50mg every 4-6 hours, as needed until rash subsided. Patient had to take consistently every 4-6 hours for eight days, concluding on 11/7/25.
