Symptom narrative

Daughter started having left side back pain 11/7/25 and got progressively worse then next day extreme pain with 2 episodes of vomiting and was running fever 100.5 ; went to stand alone ER and found to have an elevated wbc of 31 with nephritis on left kidney : was then admitted to hospital where she is currently ; heart rate has been elevated 120 ish and bp low 90/50 and so they are working her up septically : blood cultures pending
