Patient had a very sore arm where injection was administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of injection site pain in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine (unknown deltoid). On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced injection site pain (Verbatim: Patient had a very sore arm where injection was administered). The outcome of the injection site pain was resolved. The reporter considered the injection site pain to be related to Shingles vaccine. The company considered the injection site pain to be related to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 29-OCT-2025 The nurse reported that the patient received Shingles vaccine and had a very sore arm where injection was administered. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
