Symptom narrative

Inappropriate age at vaccine administration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 47-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 5AR2D, expiry date 31-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included diabetes (Diabetes) and immunocompromised. On 09-MAY-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero (intramuscular, left arm). On 09-MAY-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Inappropriate age at vaccine administration). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
