AE - Arexvy - Expired dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 71-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number LN4P2, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 06-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 06-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: AE - Arexvy - Expired dose administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:06-NOV-2025 The reporter called to report the administration of an expired dose of Arexvy to two different patients.
