vaccine was not administer properly as instructed; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect vaccine administration technique in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix .5 ml. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incorrect vaccine administration technique (Verbatim: vaccine was not administer properly as instructed). The outcome of the incorrect vaccine administration technique was not applicable.
