Arexvy expired dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number LN4P2, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 06-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 06-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Arexvy Expired dose administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 06-NOV-2025 A doctor reported the administration of an expired dose of Arexvy to two different patients. The vaccine was expired on 01-NOV-2025. It was administered today on 06-NOV-2025. The doctor wanted to know if the patients needed to be revaccinated and if there were any side effects.
