extra dose; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 5-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 42Y93, expiry date 05-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Kinrix (vaccine received on an unknown date). On 20-OCT-2025, the patient received Kinrix. On 20-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: extra dose). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 20-OCT-2025 A nurse practitioner reported that a 5-year-old patient received an extra dose of Kinrix. The nurse asked for recommendations on this situation.
