Symptom narrative

A patient got 2 doses of Engerix-B on 2011 and never got the 3rd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 62-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Engerix B (1st dose received in 2011) and Engerix B (2nd dose received in 2011). The patient did not receive the 3rd dose of Engerix B. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: A patient got 2 doses of Engerix-B on 2011 and never got the 3rd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
