Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 08-OCT-2020, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (intrameningeal, left arm). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, 1 year after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: shingles after dose 1) and incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: late second dose (not given yet)). The outcome of the shingles was unknown and the outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. The patient was asking about a 2nd shingles shot. Was the current recommendation that the 1st shot was still valid no matter how long ago. The pharmacist enquired about any data on the incidence of individuals getting Shingles after 1 vaccination. Pharmacist did not had details on onset of shingles or resolution upon callback. HCP did not administer vaccine. She stated that the information she had on dose 1 was from a vaccine registry and the patient did not get vaccinated at their facility.
