Symptom narrative

pediatric 6 year old got an adult Hep A vaccine (Havrix); pediatric 6 year old got an adult Hep A vaccine (Havrix); This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional and described the occurrence of adult product administered to child in a 6-year-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix adult) for prophylaxis. On 29-OCT-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Havrix adult. On 29-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Havrix adult, the patient experienced adult product administered to child (Verbatim: pediatric 6 year old got an adult Hep A vaccine (Havrix)) and overdose (Verbatim: pediatric 6 year old got an adult Hep A vaccine (Havrix)). The outcome of the adult product administered to child and overdose were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-OCT-2025 Clinical coordinator called in to reported that a pediatric 6 year old got an adult Hep A vaccine (Havrix) . Physician thinks it was fine.
