Priorix Use of unapproved diluent; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong solution used in drug reconstitution in a patient who received MMR (Priorix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Priorix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced wrong solution used in drug reconstitution (Verbatim: Priorix Use of unapproved diluent). The outcome of the wrong solution used in drug reconstitution was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-OCT-2025 The reporter had someone use a Merck Sterile water diligent instead of GSK Priorix diluent with Priorix vaccine. They were both sterile water diluent, 0.7ml.
