Symptom narrative

Bexsero administration to patient older than 25 years of age.; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 46-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number ABX747AA, expiry date 29-FEB-2020) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included myasthenia gravis. Concomitant products included ravulizumab cwvz (Ultomiris). On 21-MAY-2019, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero. On 21-MAY-2019, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Bexsero administration to patient older than 25 years of age.). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date:03-NOV-2025 The pharmacist wants to be asked if the patient should re initiate the series or not. The reporter was consented to follow up.
