Expired dose administered; patient was 57 years old; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 57-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 5X9JJ, expiry date 04-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On 03-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 03-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose administered) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: patient was 57 years old). The outcome of the expired vaccine used and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 04-NOV-2025 A medical assistant called to report the administration of an expired dose of Arexvy to a patient. The reporter enquired if it was viable and does the patient needs to revaccinated. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
