patient received an expired dose of Arexvy; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 66-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number LN4P2, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 05-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 05-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: patient received an expired dose of Arexvy). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 05-NOV-2025 A pharmacist reported that a patient was administered an expired dose of Arexvy. The pharmacist queried how many days, the vaccine remains acceptable after the expiration date.
