Inappropriate Schedule of Vaccine - Early second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 79-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 3EG9B, expiry date 02-MAY-2027) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Varicella zoster vaccine rgE (CHO) (Shingrix). On 05-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix.
