Expired Product Used; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 77-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number E75E5, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 06-NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Arexvy. On 06-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired Product Used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:06-NOV-2025 A pharmacist called to report the mal administration of an expired dose of Arexvy to a patient. He wanted to know if revaccination was needed. The Vaccine Administration Facility is the same as Primary Reporter.
