Incomplete course of vaccination

AE - Shingrix - Late second dose administration longer than 2 years; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 67-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in April 2023). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: AE - Shingrix - Late second dose administration longer than 2 years). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:06-NOV-2025 The reporter called to report that a 67 years old female patient got their first dose of Shingrix in April 2023. The patient never received a second dose. The reporter asked if the patient needs to restart the series now or we could just give her the second dose.
