AE - Menveo - 1 Vial Admin to Patient Under 10 Years of Age; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 6-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number Z453D, expiry date 31-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 04-NOV-2025, the patient received Menveo. On 04-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: AE - Menveo - 1 Vial Admin to Patient Under 10 Years of Age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:06-NOV-2025 A Supervisor called to ask if a 6 years old female patient received the 1-vial presentation of Menveo on November 4th, 2025. The reporter asked if they would continue with the 2-vial to complete the series.
