Symptom narrative

Unapproved age; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 13-month-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5G23D, expiry date 21-AUG-2026) for prophylaxis. On 04-NOV-2025, the patient received Kinrix. On 04-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Unapproved age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:06-NOV-2025 The reporter had a patient that received a Kinrix vaccine and this was under four. So , he/she was just calling to just see if there was any clinical data that supports this being considered a valid dose of IPV and DTAP or it said something about to be revaccinated for.
