Maladministration of an expired vaccine - Expired Product Used; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 68-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 5F5XK, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 06-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 06-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Maladministration of an expired vaccine - Expired Product Used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:06-NOV-2025 Nursing Supervisor called asking for advice since an expired dose of an Arexvy vaccine was given to a patient. Vaccination date, vaccine detail and patient demographics were obtained in this call. The Vaccine Administration Facility was the same as Primary Reporter. The reporter consented to follow up.
