Symptom narrative

Patient said felt instant pain with "popping" feeling with shot. Sore that evening, no sleep. She took Tylenol & Advil Wednesday 10/22/25. Pain down elbow & into shoulder & scapula. By late Wed. no move arm and pain if tried to move. Saw a NP @ family doctor office Thurs. given prednisone BID x5 days & Flexeril. Pt. said pain much better at end of 5 days but still not full ROM in arm & some pain w/ movement. She is starting PT on 11/18/25 for ROM.
