No additional AE/No PQC; Nurse calling to report administered VARIVAX with a TE on 10/11/2025. AE filed case 02889491. Confirmed not symptomatic. Supported outcome provided. Consent to contact received. No additional AE/No PQC. ? Names of vaccines involved (inc; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a(n) patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 11-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an improper storage dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), (lot #Y015101, expiration date: 06-Sep-2026) (dose #, anatomical location and administration route were not reported); diluted with a sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot #, expiration date, anatomical location and administration route were not reported) administered as prophylaxis. It was confirmed that the temperature excursion occurred at -0.5 Celsius degrees (C), during a time frame of 7 hours and 43 minutes and no previous temperature excursions occurred.
