The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 29-Sep-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), (expiration date reported as 16-Jul-2025) (lot # was not reported) as prophylaxis; reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (indication, expiration date, and lot # were not reported).
