she noticed a rash on both of her legs between the knee and the ankle; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of rash in a 83-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix with an associated reaction of herpes zoster (For tolerance of 1st dose refer case US2025AMR137953). On 17-OCT-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix (right arm). On 20-OCT-2025, 3 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced rash (Verbatim: she noticed a rash on both of her legs between the knee and the ankle). The outcome of the rash was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the rash to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the rash to be related to Shingrix. The patient states that the rash on the left leg was closer to the ankle, was mostly on the front of her left leg, and goes about halfway from her ankle to her knee. The patient stated that the rash on the right leg was on the front and sides of her leg and goes about two thirds of the way from her ankle to her knee.
