Symptom narrative

Fatigue and arm pain, grade 2-3; Fatigue and arm pain, grade 2-3; Inappropriate age at vaccine administration; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via sales rep and described the occurrence of fatigue in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (unknown arm). On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced fatigue (Verbatim: Fatigue and arm pain, grade 2-3), pain in arm (Verbatim: Fatigue and arm pain, grade 2-3) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Inappropriate age at vaccine administration). The outcome of the fatigue and pain in arm were resolved and the outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. The reporter considered the fatigue and pain in arm to be related to Shingrix. The company considered the fatigue and pain in arm to be related to Shingrix.
