Symptom narrative

Patient received the Capvaxive shot to her left deltoid 11/6/25 at 10:00 am. Patient called our office the next day and reported her left arm and shoulder area became swollen, painful, and warm the evening of 11/6/25. She denies rash, redness, hives, difficulty breathing or any swelling to her face or mouth. Patient said she took tylenol without relief. She was instructed by provider to take zyrtec and pepcid for 7 days and to continue to monitor symptoms. On 11/10/25 patient reported symptoms are improving, she did have a "spotty" rash at injection site that has now resolved.

Diabetes, HLD, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, degenerative disc disease, lumbar radiculopathy, restless leg, depression, anxiety, seronegative rheumatoid arthritis, Behcet's disease, psoriasis, Sjogren's syndrome, OSA, vitamin B12 deficiency, GERD
