Systemic: Vaccine administration error. Dose needed to be repeated.-Mild, Additional Details: Patient jerked their arm away from vaccinator before vaccine was fully administered resulting in vaccine being sprayed onto patient's arm. Vaccine was repeated and successfully given a few minutes after this administration error.
