Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Joint Pain-Severe, Additional Details: Patient experienced more than typical pain at the time of injection which was mentioned to the immunizing pharamcist. the pain progressed 5 days after immunization despite using around the clock NSAIDS and tylenol. Patient is unable to raise left arm above shoulder height and find diffuclt to turn the steering wheel while driving. She has made an appointment with her PCP to follow up
