Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: recieved both covid and flu vaccine in 2024 and after 15 minutes fainted. administered just covid vaccine this year and 10-15 mins after vaccine reported dizziness and weakness
