Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was provided verbal and written consent in Spanish for both the influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations for which they had requested at the POS. Prior to administration, verbal/written consent was confirmed. After administration of both vaccines, the patient stated they only wanted the influenza vaccine. No adverse reactions were observed following the COVID-19 vaccine administration.
