Symptom narrative

Systemic: Allergic: Anaphylaxis-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Severe, Additional Details: Flucelvax & Spikevax were administered IM to patient's left arm. She said she felt something in her stomach. Then she got up from chair & told mom, that she could not breathe. Mom told me, patient might be having anaphylaxis b/c of her allergies. Mom helped patient seated. I administered 1 epinephrine 0.3 mg into patient's left thigh.
