Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Medium, Systemic: Weakness-Medium, Additional Details: After receiving 3 vaccination, pt was seated for observation. After a few minutes, her caregive asked for help bc pt fained. She recovered but she fainted again. both lasted several minutes each. When paramedics arrived, pt recovered from both faintings, still pale, sweating, and weak. Her blood pressure and sugar level were normal. Pt stated she had an issue less than a week ago of fainting(moment of blackout) out of nowhere. She said she did not fall at that time but her left arm felt numb aft
