Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Pt fainted after vaccinations; Parents stated it occurs after every time she gets vaccines because she has extreme anxiety. We gave her water and sugar while we waited for her to recover.
