Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient left voicemail about vaccine side effect on 11/03/2025. At pharmacy, Patient was given 3 vaccines (Flucelvax, Boostrix, Capvaxive) on left arm. PT found swelling and redness. Pt assume the pneumonia vaccine caused this since she had Flu and boostrix in the past without no issue.
