Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Medium, Additional Details: Pt stated that 30 minutes after taking vaccine, started experiencing changes in voice, lymph node inflammation, difficulty breathing, headache, and pain in throat, pt stated this is her 2nd incidence to have same symptoms after vaccine
