Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Mild, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Hypertension-Mild, Additional Details: Sudden onset, mostly HTN (140/90) and elevated HR (~90) for about 30 min, then reduced WNL at which point chills/shivers set in for about an hr before mostly subsiding.
