Systemic: Cardiac Disorder (diagnosed by MD)-Medium, Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Medium, Systemic: Confusion-Severe, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Hypertension-Severe, Systemic: Tachycardia-Severe, Systemic: Unable to Sleep-Severe, Systemic: Weakness-Severe, Additional Details: Patient claims 5 hours post injection felt dizzy and disoriented with a self attestation of BP 180 then called 911. got taken to ER then admitted for high BP and altered mind state. Now on chronic BP meds as per patient (who is also an MD).
