Symptom narrative

Systemic: muscle spasms-Severe, Additional Details: Pt states that the day following vaccine administration (10/31/25) she began to experience severe muscle spasms and cramps (charley horse) in both lower extremities (from hips down). They were so severe that she ended up seeing her doctor who prescribed tizanidine, which did help alleviate symptoms.
