RECEIVED ALL 4 VACCINES ON 11/3/25 AT SAME TIME. HAD A SEIZURE ON 11/4. I WAS UNCONSCIENCE, UNRESPONSIVE AND FOAMING AT THE MOUTH AND HAD TO BE RUSHED TO MEDICAL CENTER.

MRI OF BRAIN 11/6, EEG OF BRAIN 11/5 AND CT HEAD 11/4. Dr. stated in medical records possible cause of seizure due to 4 vaccines administered at once.
