Shingrix Late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Shingrix Late second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 03-NOV-2025 The reporter wanted guidance for frequent scenarios where patients come to the pharmacy and they were late for Shingrix second dose in more than 12 months. No further details were available. The reporter was not asking for a particular patient but commented that this was a frequent scenario at pharmacy.
