Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: The vaccine was not reconstituted. Sterile water diluent component was given ALONE, IM route. Patient complained of pain immediately after the injection and it lasted about 3 min.
