Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: To be clear, this incident report is not because an adverse event took place. We are reporting that the pharmacist erronously placed an override in the system for the patient to receive her second Shingrix vaccine too soon (before the manufacter's guidance on 2-6 month interval). I will be contacting manufacterer for further guidance to ensure patient receives optimal effectiveness of vaccine.
