Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient came into pharmacy on 11/6/2025 to report shoulder pain following an immunization. This is a self-reported injury with no confirmed diagnosis. He reports having a sore arm the day following immunization, which got slightly worse but has since been a dull pain in his shoulder that also affects mobility. He reports increased pain upon raising his arm. This pain/soreness has been present since immunization and has not gotten better. Patient has not taken or done anything to alleviate the pain
