Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient came with caregiver for the Tdap vaccination. Our tech, was vaccinating other patients when she confirmed the patient was receiving the Pfizer covid vaccine, but neither heard her correctly. After tech gave the Covid vaccine, I went to give the Tdap which is when we realized she received the incorrect vaccine. I identified she did not have the covid vaccine within last 2 months and was eligible to receive. No adverse effects noted as of today. I gave the Tdap vaccine.
