Systemic: Fever-Medium, Systemic: Feeling "sick" or "unwell" and a reaction in the throat that caused coughing-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Medium, Additional Details: Patient is unsure of the date when she received this vaccine and it is no longer in her pharmacy profile. She stated it was 3 or 4 years ago. I am also unsure which brand of flu vaccine she received since our records only go back 2 years.
