Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Mild, Additional Details: Patient reported to Pharmacist on 11/5/25 on-going shoulder/injection site pain after receiving vaccine on 10/1/2025 at our location. Pharmacist referred him to his primary care physician for follow up. She then called and reported his complaint to our pharmacy. We made 2 attempts to contact patient by phone on 11/5/2025 and 11/6/2025 but have not yet received a call back.
