Symptom narrative

patient states that his arm still has a mark from where the injection was given, and that it had some reddish colored fluid (serum/blood combination, most likely) that was coming out ~ 5-6 days after receiving the shot. there is no inflammation, redness, or pain at the injection site. patient is keeping a bandaid on it for the time being and will follow up with his primary care provider.
